Hampton Inn Joliet - I-80

The staff was extremely friendly welcoming everyone as they walked in. Very helpful and accommodating. The morning staff were super sweet and accommodating. Although one staff member continued to vape right outside the doors in which we thought was inappropriate for a staff member to do. The swimming pool was to cold to swim in. we might I of been attempted to swim but the hot tub was also cold. The main reason why we chooses this hotel over others is because of the hot tub. The other local hotels did not have one. This was a big disappointment to our stay. The outdoor seating is nice and cozy but we could not hear each other with the highway noise. We come to this area to visit family and use the hotel to meet with family members. The outdoor seating was another reason we choose this hotel and was disappointed we we are unable to use it because of the highway noise. If the hot tub is fixed and they move the outdoor area we may choose to stay here again.

Overall service was great but the assistant manager that left at 7 acted like a child and was throwing a fit in the parking lot slamming her car door and screaming at the top of her lungs all because it was raining.

We have stayed here many times while visiting family in Joliet. We always stay here and are consistently happy with this facility. Note that Jess who checked us in is very friendly, courteous and welcoming.

Stayed one night as a midway point of a long drive. Front desk was very kind and helpful and my family was able to relax and unwind before getting back on the road.

Very friendly staff...extremely outgoing. We arrived very late after a day in St. Louise. The staff was very helpful as we came in with sleeping kids. The morning staff was equally as friendly!

Staff was very nice and beds were very comfortable. Slept like a baby.

We stayed here overnight during our first family long road trip (daughters are 2 & 5). The staff member, Ashley, was great from the start. She gave my two girls little toys for the pool. When my oldest told her that it was my birthday, she also gave us a free in room movie and free popcorn. She was extremely helpful when we got to our room and I realized I booked the wrong room, it was not big enough for the blow up mattress we brought and did not have a pull out bed. Ashley immediately issued us a room that was bigger and gave the girls room to run. Oh, at the end of the night, my 5 year old asked for some milk to drink before bed. I had forgotten to purchase some before we went to the hotel. There was no milk in the vending machine, but Ashley solved the problem again and gave both my girls some milk. I had promised the girls that I would get a hotel with a pool. This one was awesome!!! When we went out to the pool, there were beach balls, blow up basketballs with a net and a very large penguin ride on floaty. They were in heaven! They played for a long time. The hot tub was also very nice, large, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast served our needs well. I didn't look at everything, but the scrambled eggs, bacon and waffles were great! We will be making this trip yearly and will continue to stay at the Hampton Inn Joliet I-80!
