The overall stay was good. The third day of our stay, the toilet was not flushing. Upon my notification to the staff, she informed me that the maintenance crew was off. For her to switch our room, the toilet has to be out of order. She went to our room with a plunger while we were waiting at the front desk. She said that it was all set. We were getting late to visit our family, so we didn’t go to our room to check. Upon our return at night, to our dismay, the toilet was not in working order. I had to go to the front desk at 11 PM to borrow plunger. We were there as guests, not there to tackle toilet issue. I hope to get a response from the owner/manager of the hotel.

For her to switch the room, the bathroom has to be out of service. She went to our room with a plunger while we were waiting at the front desk. She came back and said, it was all set. We were in a rush to visit our family so I didn’t go to my room to check; however, upon our return at night time, it was not working. I had to go to the front desk at 11PM and borrowed the plunger to tackle the issue. The front desk person who told us that it was all set, was gone for the day. I hope to get a response from the owner/ manager of the hotel.

We had been to the hotel last year and we enjoyed our stay. This time we booked and we were welcomed like old friends. We were given the same room we had before. All the employees were friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. We are going back to visit family in a few months and we will stay at the hotel again.

My family and I booked 1 night here and the place is very inconvenient, the elevator wasn’t working, hot water in the shower and in the sink didn’t heat up right away, it took 5 minutes of running the water for the hot water to come out, fending machines were unavailable, they sell drinks at the front but they only take cash, the staff told me to use the ATM in the lobby but to buy $2 drinks I have to pay $3 fee at the ATM?? It was just a very unfortunate experience staying here.

Food and crumbs in bedding. Floors not vacuumed. Pee all over the toilet. Shower had hair all in it. Nothing clean about this hotel. Crappy breakfast choice of oatmeal, fruit loops, raisen bran, blueberry muffin, waffle,& yogurt. Fake orange juice and watery milk. The pool area was messy w/all their stuff laying around. Stuff floating and settled in the pool and the hot tub; GROSS! I wont be staying at one of these again bc of how dirty everything was. On top of had to wait to get checked in bc no one was there. Asked for extra towels bc family of 4 only had 2 towels in there and she was mad i asked for more. The guy running breakfast was on phone hotel as i wanted to speak to him about how dirty everything was.

Clean room but the bed kinda a bit firm for me however it has a reasonable size of pool for kids to play for the rest of the stay.
