Aloft Bolingbrook

When I first checked into our room the toilet was broke was I had to pack me and children up to go to another room. Then I asked for the Wi-Fi which didn’t work my entire stay. The front clerk had a awful attitude. I asked for more towels but never received them. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Both workers I spoke to at the front desk were so friendly and polite. Our room was clean and lovely. Definitely some noise on our floor for a bit, but was just some kids and not the hotel's fault. We had a delightful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Accommodations were nice, we really enjoyed playing board games at the bench kitchen nook. The kids had fun in the pool and work out facility. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

At check in i was informed the card readers were down the worked took my id and card took a photo copy of both and had me sign the piece of paper they were copied on….very weird in a world of frequent identity theft issues. We had a first floor room that just wasn’t well ventilated it was muggy and smelled like mildew the air just wasn’t fresh at all. So it was a long night i travelled with my daughter and she had a long rough weekend and was fast asleep otherwise i would have complained and asked for a new room but who wants to wake their child and move all of there belongings to a new room in the middle of the night? There also was this noise non stop can’t describe what it was sounded like a water system or something it was constant so yea not a good stay if you get assigned to room 109 ask for another one. Aside from our room and a very questionable check in the hotel is nice and in a good location

Close to stores and great dining selection. Brought an issue to the manager on duty. Issue was taken care of, but felt they didn’t really understand how upsetting the issue caused to my family and I. Definitely not family friendly. Would not go there again.

Overall an excellent hotel. There was families there and it felt safe. The rooms are unique and pretty clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The interesting thing about the stay is they have food vouchers for breakfast or snacks to spend.
