, The breakfast could have had a few more options. Like toast and Orange Juice. The bathroom sink water drains slowly.. room 135. All the Front Desk clerks are amazing. The jacuzzi and pool were awesome not a lot of kids, very relaxing. The bed was soft and pillows Squishy … very quiet … and Dog friendly too! Only bed thing was no poop bags by dog area . Other than that great hotel..

Very nice newer hotel. Just ten minutes from Lewis University so very convenient for traveling families.

Great place for family

My family and I were very pleased with this hotel. We had gone on a multiple city vacation, staying at 3 different hotels, and this was our favorite. The breakfast was great, rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly.

This hotel was the best! We came in for a friend’s baby shower. It was 2 adults and 3 kids. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL! So. Many. Options. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Our party was also impressed with the shower and the water pressure. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

Everything was great. I choose the hotel because of the hot tub. The hot tub was not working correctly. The jets blasted the water about 12”-18” above the water into your face. Kind of unusual for jets to do this. The hot tub was used with kids under the age of 8 without adult supervision from other patrons. It was not a relaxing environment.

The property was clean the staff was friendly. And the service was excellent. Enjoyed my stay. Will recommend it to family and friends. And will be back again.

My family and myself were so pleased with the cleanliness and pleasant staff. We will definitely return to this location.

The only reason of booking was to enjoy the pool with our kids witch we couldn’t since there was a party the entire day with like over 20 kids screaming and using water guns squirting all over the place and at guest. We made the front desk aware and just left the pool hoping to return later but it was 9:30pm and party was still going on, and people were still going to complain to front desk. On our check out we spoke with a manager named Justin that really didn’t seem to care about the situation all he said was sorry but they are kids. Couldn’t even offer some kind of discount for the inconvenience . Even the front desk person by the name of China at lest asked if we were rewards members to give us some kind of credit but since we weren’t she called her Manager Justin that just came out to say sorry but they are kids.

Rooms great. Lobby nice. Pool area not great. Could be due to the fact that there were a lot of unsupervised kids running around. The lobby bathroom not well kept and soap dispenser broken off wall. Overall hotel is nice. Have stayed here before without issue. Better adult supervision recommended.
