Best Western Morton Inn

On surface level, things were okay. The vacuum in the pool was going while the kids were swimming. We asked them to remove the vacuum during this time and they wouldn't. So the kids had to avoid the vacuum in the water as well as the cord attached. We asked for extra towels (so we would have one per person in the room) and they told us it wasn't possible but brought a lesser amount. We also left a tumbler, called, and they told us they would return our call after the room was cleaned. Two days later and I guess the room never was cleaned because a call was never made.

Recently updated hotel. King suite was a fantastic choice for a family with kids. Lots of room to spread out. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for one night with large family. Clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast. I recommend. Only caveat is pool was quite chilly and area around the pool very slippery (two of our kids slipped and fell). Set expectations accordingly.

We love this place and will continue to go there i have family close.

Room was supposed to have a sofa pullout, as stated in the description. It did not. Instead, there was a cot that was wheeled in. As a result, I did not have enough beds for my family.

Very clean hotel. The breakfast was excellent and a lot of variety of foods. Check in was smooth. My family felt safe while staying here.

Great place for families! Nice size suite and very welcoming staff. My only complaint was that the pool was closed while we were there and shower never really hot hot water. It was merely lukewarm. Outdoor fire pit and grill area was great!

AH-MAY-ZING!!! The previous views didn’t do this place any Justice. The staff was friendly as accommodating. Helpful and genuinely caring of their guests and well being. The dining room, lobby, our room, everything was super clean. The pool was nice, kids loved it and spend hours there with some other guests at the hotel. It seemed to be the only hotel with a working pool. Breakfast was breakfast, if you’re expecting a 5star breakfast, you should not be in any hotel! They had diy yogurt parfaits that was a plus as well. We lost our room key and they immediately gave us another one with no hassle, just confirm your stay. Check in was easy, I pre-booked so it was quick and easy. Bed was comfortable, pillows are fluffy. Bathroom is a little small, but I wasn’t expecting a huge bathroom, and it was cute and quaint. Taco Bell, Dunkin and Baskin Robins is literally next door, and 2 gas stations next to that and across the street. They’re conveniently located right off the highway, and around plenty of shopping and food choices, though you do have to travel about 10 mins to Peoria. We enjoyed our stay, and will DEFINITELY be back! It was just a weekend getaway, but I hate we had to go home! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This is an excellent property! It is very clean and updated!! It is easy on and off the highway. Quiet—you don’t even hear the highway noise! Will stay again even in the area visiting family!

Courteous and accommodating to us using the breakfast room for a family meal. Facilities are clean, modern, well maintained. 2nd time here, no concerns either trip.
