The staff made my family feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We'll choose another hotel next time we're in town.

I called twice, and was told to leave a note for adjoining rooms. I did all of that. I did not get a joining rooms. I had five children fun asking about Wyatt did not happen. I was told that notes it was not in the notes. I specifically put them in the notes and they did nothing to rectify the situation
