The manager and assist manger were horrible the most rudest ppl I have ever encountered with ! Have no peoples skills at all . Spoke to children about staying when they should have spoke to the adults told my son to leave if he was a guest he is 8 years old who tells a child that instead of taking to the parents or adults . Room has dirty wash cloth hanging from previous ppl , bathroom doors wasn’t closing ! Room door kept getting b stuck staying open not locking ! Very very unprofessional the manger Barbara she was horrible and rude I have never felt that way in my life and the rudeness she had in front of children !!

Staff was incredible! We have 3 kids and they were extremely helpful in fulfilling our extra needs. Ex. Pack and play and extra pillows and blankets. Wonderful experience

The person who checked me in wasn’t the best. I waited in the lobby for a bit, no one came out. Decided to go our stuff and my kids and come back. We then waited some more so I called the hotel and he came out. He seemed to be in a rush to get my room despite being quiet late with no one else around. Unknowingly to us, he gave out us in the room next to the laundry, even though the hotel was pretty vacant. At 630am, I was woken up to the sound of the washer and dryer, like they were in the room with us. Other than that, it was fine for the one thing we used it for. Sleep- even though we were all woken up a lot earlier than we had anticipated due to the noise.

I came up to Yorkville from Florida for my mother’s funeral. I flew up early morning and the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in. I waited 20 minutes and was in my room by 10:30am. This gave me ample time to settle in for the weekend before meeting family for an early dinner before the evenings visitation. Everyone was so friendly. Forgot my toothpaste got some from the front desk. This was my second stay at this hotel in 14 months and stays both times!
