Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Aurora

Had a pleasant stay, the pool area was amazing little kids play area with a frog slide dump barrels and water sprayes. Big pool had a volleyball net. Hot tub was huge hot which i love it. Outdoor area was beautiful Rooms were clean, amd breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again

I absolutely love this hotel, it had everything to accompany me and my family needs. The other guesses were very friendly, and made you feel welcomed. This was my best stay by far from a Hotel, and I look forward to more stays with them if im in the area.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and the kids had a blast. Just don’t recommend the pizza near by.

We had a really wonderful time! The kids were in the pool the whole time and we ordered pizza and picked up cupcakes. It was quiet and the hotel was really perfect for families. I enjoyed the touches like the roll out drawers for snacks! Kept our room clean. We most def will be back.

Conveniently located near expressway exit. Able to walk to Lou Malnati pizza for carry out. Large gathering area with tables. Loved the kids water area!!

Great pool for the kids, the beds unfortunately were not comfortable, nice area to have breakfast, lunch, dinner with the family. The breakfast buffet was not the greatest.

Overall the property and staff were fine. However the hotel was very full and overrun with unbridled kids and parents that didn't care. The pool/spa was not at all relaxing as there were kids doing cannon balls into the jacuzzi, wearing floaties and one squirted me directly in my face with a squirt gun. Very disappointed in the lack of oversight on the part of the staff. Also, at 1:00am, we finally had to call the front desk to try to get them to stop the singing, yelling and crying going on in the room next door. There should be an expectation of quiet after 10:pm. That would be reasonable. However, that was FAR from the case.

Pool and water play area was a huge hit with the kids!

The property is clean and well kept. The pool is great for families with littles as it has a 1 and a half foot depth splash area with a children's slide that entertained my 2 and 6 year olds for hours. The larger pool offers a volleyball net which my 11 year old liked. There is also a hot tub; the jets worked well and felt great. The pool attendant let us borrow balls. Beds were fair. Showerhead had adjustable attachment which I like as our family has all different preferences. The free buffet breakfast was great. Eggs sausage and potatoes as well as muffins toast fruit yogurt and varipus beverages. We are a family of five and were comfortable in the double queen with what I thought would be a rollaway but turned out to be an intex air mattress which my 6 year old was happy to sleep on. The room we stayed in offers 5 wristbands for the pool. Will definitely return!

The property was nice the pool and kids pool as well as hot tub was great. The staff was beyond rude, each one ruder than the others. And for no reason!
