Letonya was an amazing front desk lady. Extremely nice and knew how to handle customer service well. This has been the best stay at a hoyel i have had in a long time. Bteakfast was AMAZING. It was a HOT breakfast. Better than i expected. Had very kid friendly foods also. I will definitely stay here again. I loved it. My kids loved it. It was amazing.

The room had an odd smell there was a hole in the back of the bathroom door, however that’s not the wildest part, the tub was HORRIBLE!!! It had plaster filled holes in the tub!!! The tub was not repaired correctly. The room above us NEVER SLEPT!!! Very heavy walking and I can almost guarantee there was at least 1 kid or 2 as we heard running back and fourth in the room.

Property does not supply a crib which was problematic since we were traveling with an infant. $75 per room deposit that is held for 3-5 days seems excessive,

The biggest complaint was about the noise in the hotel. There were kids spending the night right next to us and they were very loud. Talking in the hallway right outside our door. They yelled and screamed much of the evening. I asked the desk clerk and wondered when there was quiet time. She only said “Soon.” I wished we could have had more space between us and the youth. I did talk to the boys and they were better. Not very restful. My wife slept little overnight.

The service was good, the room was clean, but I stayed for the pool and was not informed at check in that it was down for maintenance. This was not good for the kids that stayed with me. Should have been told at check in.
