Best Western Plus Kentwood Lodge

The owner is very money hungry for the money you pay to stay there is not worth it No breakfast, No daily room service, No HBO or Premium channels you would expect for the PRICE you PAY he also has illegal immigrants working there some of them look like they want to kick your ass they do not make you feel safe at all, the parking is very tight kids driving whip in and out of the parking lot they are going to hit somebody or somebody's vehicle. The owner needs to at least put a grab a go breakfast this has to be the WORST Best Western we have ever stayed at for services received as a customer. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE HBO just regular channels no premium channels whatsoever. We will not be going back there until the above issues have been resolved!!!!

We have little kids and this was a very nice place to stay. The rooms are pretty big and the hotel is very clean. Very close to the supermarket. We had breakfast in our room (easier w the little ones) it has a small fridge and a microwave. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I called the day before or stayed to confirm we will have a playpen in our room (or I would has brought ours) and when we got there the only 2 available a were taken. So if you r traveling w an infant and would like a crib, bring your own. Everything else was great.

I loved everything about this motel. The room was so homey and I felt like I was in a cabin in the mountains. Being from the next county of course I loved the knotty pine interior. Close to restaurants, grocery store and medical clinic/hospital. Would have loved to have taken the bed and pillows home with me, they were so comfortable, slept like a baby. Only minus was not a lot of water power in the shower.
