Our stay was fine, however very disappointed the pool was not working. I chose this hotel for my kiddos and I. I understand things happen, however I was charged the full amount. I do appreciate the hotel was dog friendly and rooms were clean!!

We like staying here and the kids enjoy the pool and breakfast, even though the facility is a bit older and it seems they struggle to keep up with maintenance and houskeeping a bit. This year was a little better than last year. We will look at other options in the area and may or may not come back here.

The hot water was out for 24 hours (at least) with a hotel full of hockey kids. We all understand things happen, but there was no offer of any partial credit or refund or anything.

We’ve stayed here before a few years ago and it was great. This time however, it’s been a disaster. The room needs major repairs. Our room smelled like a dog and later, after seeing many dogs during our stay, it was no surprise. But since we have a family member allergic to dogs, that should be disclosed. The sauna & hot tub aren’t working and this was never mentioned to us until we were checked in. Bummer after a day of skiing. The pool was disgusting. So much stuff floating around and to top it off, there was a human turd on the floor in the pool bathroom. The staff lack basic customer service skills. Friendliness, engagement, greetings, welcoming demeanor… nothing.

Pool area would be awesome if hot tub and steam room were working. Breakfast would be great if they added fresh fruit and eggs maybe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fire alarm went off on Saturday night...caused a bit of anxiety for the kids. We enjoyed our stay but will probably stay somewhere different next time.

Stayed here for 6 nights while visiting family. The staff was wonderful and my room was great.

Night check in was terrible. The boy working had no idea what he was doing and charged me again for the room despite telling him I booked on Expedia. The person before me came back and said her room was dirty, bed not made, etc. Then this kid tried to offer me the same room!! WTH. The room I did get was mediocre and had the appearance of being cleaned but boy you could tell the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. There was dried piss on the toilet seat and I had to use soap and water to clean up in there because I was grossed out. I got a refund for the extra charge the next morning after a terrible breakfast spread. The woman at the desk wasn't even apologetic about it. Good grief. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this experience sucked.

The actual sleeping part could have been improved, as we had a super creaky bathroom door that woke everyone in the family up. We also had an a/c heater unit that wasn't clearly marked so we spent half the night trying to get the room comfortable. The pool was great as well as the staff.

My husband spent one week at this hotel for a work training session at the nearby county building, and my children and I came up to join him for a couple of nights at the end of his training. We booked one of the 2-room suites, since we travel with several small children. The room was huge, had a nice balcony with a beautiful view, new bathroom and sink fixtures, and very nice towels and linens. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of foods to choose from, something all the kids liked. The pool/spa room is gorgeous! We could've spent all day in the bright, open, mountain-rustic feeling room. This hotel is quiet, and in a great location, right next to McDonald's and a grocery store, also near town. The rooms are a little on the pricey side, especially for the suites, but we felt it was worth the money. Staff was friendly and very accomodating to our situation, allowing us to check into our room a few hours before regular check-in time. Thanks for a great stay!
