Hilton Garden Inn Boise/Eagle

DeShawn is fantastic at assistance, follow up, and overall friendly demeanor at the front desk. I truly appreciated his prompt follow up regarding getting me in contact with manager to make arrangements with the onsite breakfast cafe. The manager, Desi, was also prompt to follow up. I appreciated her verifying with the kitchen first to see if they would be able to accommodate our large group since we were in town for a family reunion and the hot weather caused a last minute shift in plans that left us looking for somewhere we could enjoy a family breakfast together before parting ways. She was able to advise us on time and give them the heads up in advance there would be multiple separate tickets so they were ready for us on Sunday morning when our family members converged in their dining area. When e arrived, they were ready with tables set up in a way we could easily enjoy one another’s company and converse without getting in the way of other guests. Rebecca had already proven her kindness in the prior days we were there as I interacted with her at the beverage table in the lobby, but she also did an awesome job at providing service to our large group and everyone agreed she was great at taking care of us. Yes, chain hotels are pretty much the same, but this one in Eagle is close enough to everything, has plenty of parking available, is next door to some good local eateries, et cetera. We were in town for a family wedding. Everything was great from check in to check out. We’ll be back to stay again. Thank all so much!

Excellent for the family and quiet

I have stayed here many times throughout the years when in town visiting family. Never any issues. It started with the rude front dest people at check in. Put us in a room where you literally overlook Eagle road and all the traffic noise all day and night long. Asked to move without even looking they said no straight up no. Not let m check on that and get back to you. NADA. IF YOU PLAN TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL/MOTEL(its like a motel 6 on the street side)ASK TO NOT BE ON THE ROAD SIDE. Unless you do not want to sleep because of road noise. Unfortunately I won't be staying at this place anymore. Fortunately there is another newer Hilton around the corner. Big old thanks to The hilton garden for the awesome stay NOT!!!!!
