Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Boise West - Meridian, an IHG Hotel

A family was across the hall...the children were noisy in and out of the room. The father raised his voice extremely loud early in the mornings and very late at night. Not appreciated when you're sleeping. I was gone during the day for business.

Pool was great for kiddos!

Perfect location for visiting family and friends.

After over 8 hours on the road I arrived to check in my 4 kids and I but was informed our reservation had been cancelled. We had received no notification whatsoever of the cancellation and the front desk person flat out lied and said Hotels.com had cancelled our stay. However hotels.com still had our reservation on the books and even now I can only write this review because it came through hotels.com because they still had our reservation on the books. I was shocked to learn from the employee where we DID stay that they should have helped us get a new place and given us $50 for the inconvenience of leaving us without lodging. We got nothing but a bold faced lie and panic as I tried to figure out where my kids & I were going to sleep that night. NEVER again will we stay at one of your hotels.

Was disappointed that the hot tub was out of service, but other than that everything was great. The breakfast was really good and kid approved!

Perfect for family of 5 pool was great and great breakfast I have celiacs disease and was able to enjoy a meal with my family

Really well maintained facilities. Comfortable amount of space for a family of five. Excellent breakfast. On a two night stay, housekeeping went in and refreshed towel and remade the beds. So nice. Beds are comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Have stayed here multiple times. Will stay here again! Clean, very quiet, and the indoor pool/hot tub is top priority for my kids! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, many options to choose from. It felt like home.

We stayed here to visit with our kids in the area for my husband's birthday. The rooms were spacious and clean. Although we arrived at breakfast quite late both mornings, the breakfast was OK. The first morning, the eggs left were dry and uninteresting. The second day the staff wanted to go home so badly that she allowed the omelets to run out. She kindly brought out more just for us.

We were in town to visit family. We had a good visit and a trip to your ER. ER was very good, very thorough & helpful. We enjoyed seeing the changes in you town which is growing quickly.
