Loved our stay the staff was great and we had a room right in front of the kids pool so that made my diagjtwr so happy

Best place to stay in Hawaii as a family or couple

The staff is amazing from the front desk to the house keeping to the lifeguards at the pool. The hospitality was fantastic. So many things to do on the property from their game room to the restaurants and little boutique for shopping. This property really has it all. Just a short walk to the beach and a short walk from the shops. It’s a great family friendly hotel

Absolutely picturesque!! It’s an all in one place. Stuff for kids, Serenity pool for adults, dynamite luau, the views. Clean, good food. walkable to shops, easy parking (you do have to pay per day). The staff is soo helpful and kind.

Wonderful family vacation; kid-friendly hotel and delicious food!

The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping the mat on the floor), hot water not working well for the 2 nights we stayed in, temperature of the room can’t go below 20.5. And when the engineer attended the property, he couldn’t help with the issue and didn’t take off his shoes when he came in. Housekeeping did a good job in tidying up the room, unfortunately they only picked up the phone once out of the 4 times we called. All in all, for I felt the rooms definitely need a freshen up to charge the price.

Great for families. However we pre paid our room with Expedia, when we returned home we found the hotel billed us again for the room. Had to call and get the hotel to reverse their charge to our room. A inconvenience for us but the staff at the Marriot took care of the matter quickly.

Our “partial view” room had what I would call a full ocean views (we faced one direction where I think their full view rooms directly face the ocean). We ate at a couple of their restaurants and the food was good. The hotel was an easy walk to the mall with even more restaurant options. Our grandchildren loved the family pool with the slides. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel! So many things to do at the hotel, with two beach side entrances and LOTS of breathtaking views. 2 adult only pools, 2 family friendly pools. My personal favorite was the Nalu pool, which had a huge water slide. Food was delicious and there’s a shopping center walking distance from the property as well.

We loved our stay here! The staff was amazing as well as all of the food we had. It was also nice having options for pools to go to. My girls loved the family pool!
