New to VRBO, I am the original owner of this beautiful unit and have rented my unit through Outrigger resorts for 14 years. Due to living on island now and the pandemic, I am hoping to supplement their reservations with a few of my own through VRBO... :) Be the first to stay and rate this gorgeous condo!
This unit is a 1st floor walk out pool side in Building E just next to F building, behind the gym. It is near where the winding river part of the pool starts for easy access to your own bathroom or kitchen for snacks while enjoying the pool. Google maps, it is across from Safeway, Kapaa.
There is no quarantine starting April 5th!

The 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit is 'Luxury All The Way' and sleeps 2 to 4 comfortably. Featuring a King-sized bed in the master suite, newer queen sleeper/sofa in the Living room, gourmet Full-kitchen with stainless steel Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, solid granite counter tops, Travertine flooring, crown moldings, and a NEW Washer and Dryer. AND don't forget the LARGE 'soaking' tub in the Master Bath!! You wont even find these finishes at Hawaii's top resorts, where you'll pay twice the price!! Our condo is truly 'Top-of-the-Line'!!
Need more? How about 10 minutes from the airport, 5 min. from Lydgate Beach Park, golf and the famous 'Fern Grotto' & Wailua River (for boating, hiking & kayaking), AND literally 'across the street' from fine restaurants and shopping!!

Located in Kapaa, this resort is on the beach. Smith's Tropical Paradise and Lydgate Beach Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Coconut Marketplace and Kukui Grove Shopping Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Na Aina Kai Botanical Gardens and Kauai Mini Golf. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
