Overnight work trip. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The room above me had a bunch of teenagers who were loud after midnight. Front desk was responsive to the complaint of the loud kids and were able to get them to settle down.

Fist fight between guests in the hallway over kids causing chaos at 3am. Elevator worked when it wanted, had to carry my son up and down the stairs with a broken foot since no room were available on the ground. Staff decided to serve themselves at breakfast while guests waited in line. Non-smoking room was most definitely smoked in.

We reserved king suite with sofa. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast looked like it had plenty of variety but we only had coffee which was excellent as we were meeting family for breakfast.

Place was exceptional, and the staff were fantastic. I went with my wife and my child, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The lady that worked the front desk, was a New Yorker, and had wonderful conversations with her. Forget about it. If we ever get back in that area, there's no question, this is absolutely where we will be staying.

I was very happy with my 2 day stay at this property except for when I went to take a shower of Saturday afternoon and there was not any hot water in my shower. Oddly there was hot water in my bathroom sink. I did tell management to make them aware. Besides the cold shower I was very happy with my room. I slept like a baby.
