The hotel was undergoing renovations so my kids were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open but the hotel was beautiful, clean and the renovation was not invasive. I didn’t notice any dust which is important because my mom has asthma. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and renovations will be completed before the end of summer

Stay here several times a year! Location is excellent with plenty of parking! Check in is hassle free. Room was clean. Beds are awesome. Breakfast was restaurant quality! One hiccup….tv in family area didn’t work. Our teens had cellphones so not to big of a deal!

We arrived later than planned, around 7:30 pm We had been driving for 9 hour. The gentleman at the desk was very unfriendly, bordering on rude We had to drive around the building for 20 minutes waiting for someone to vacate a parking spot. There was absolutely no where to park. It would have been nice if we would have been informed of alternative parking lots?? If there are any, but after the check in we didn’t want to go back and ask. The room was very nice and spacious for our family of five.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. We tried to stay at another hotel the day before in order to save $, but were very disappointed and ended up booking embassy suites for our last night in kennesaw. We will only stay at embassy suites from here on in when visiting our children that go to Emory and kennesaw state.

We called early to let the property know we would be late as we got stuck in traffic. We arrived and our room was wrong and it took way to long to fix the issue. 1st options was give us a discount and we just keep our room. Which would have had 3 of the 6 guests sleeping in the floor. I argued with the guy at the desk and it took almost 25 mins for them to suddenly find a room they said they didn’t have. This was after being in the car for 9 hours with 3 children. The overall experience was awful because then we were in separate rooms and the kids threw a fit. The fact that they thought there guest who booked a specific room should sleep on the floor because of their mistake I will never stay there or any affiliates again. And that is sad because it was a very nice establishment

Best area I’ve seen for a hotel. So much do around. Great for business or for a family. Has a great pool fitness center and business center. So many shops and food items and things close to keep you busy. Easy access to the city.

I booked a hotel room for 6 people (2 queen beds and a sofa bed) when we got here, we got a room for 4 people. 2 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. The staff here are very rude and if you’re not a person of color, they’re rude to you and don’t want you here. The staff is all African American and they made it very clear they don’t like us and we’re not welcome because we’re white. Stay away from this hotel never ever book here. There are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from, pick any one but this one.

I booked and paid extra for a room with two queen beds. When I got there they gave me a king bed room and said they were sold out of everything else. I explained and showed them my reservation showing two queen beds to be able to fit my family - the attendant just looked at me and said we are sold out. I asked for a manager. After about 15 minutes the manager still didn't come out to speak to me and instead called the attendant to move to a 2 queen bed room. Magically one had appeared - it was a handicap accessible room. The handles on the bathroom doors we're literally falling off and the screws holding it in were halfway out. The air conditioner did it work very well. My wife and kids were kicked out of the swimming pool that night because another child had apparently gotten hurt outside while the group of parents partying out the back door were smoking marijuana. Around 1:00 a.m. that morning I was awoken to loud shouting and partying out in the hallway outside of my room and open the door and took in front about 20 people from a wedding party to decided to carry the festivities upstairs. The area for breakfast is entirely too small to handle the size of this hotel. We went down for breakfast that morning and were asked to show our room key to prove that we were staying there, which I have never had to do in an embassy suite hotel and then we couldn't find anywhere to sit along with most other people who were camping out all over the main floor to eat. I won't be back.
