Property was quiet which was needed after long days with our family. It was a smaller lobby and sitting area. The wall in our room was dirty. They did do a good job of cleaning our room.

The front desk guy was very nice and helpful. The property/rooms are dated and in desperate need of fresh plaint- multiple places with rust/chipped paint. The beds were worn with deep impressions from past use and were the smallest “queen sized” bed I’ve slept in. The walls are super thin and we heard the next door neighbors kids way late into the night. It was convenient but wouldn’t ever stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip to Atlanta area for a volleyball tournament for our kids. It was clean with friendly staff. It is also in a great location for restaurants, stores and gas just off I-75.

I had quite an ordeal with my trip overall to close on a new home for my family. Every part of the universe was against me. However, the staff at the hotel were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was above decent for a complimentary hotel meal, rooms were spacious. Parking lot goes pretty far away from the property. Very close to lots of dining options and the proximity to the college makes it convenient for most anything. access to I-75 in a 1/4 mile and 575 in less than 2 miles. Nice little outdoor area that I wasn't able to take advantage of for reasons not related to the property. Good place to stay and stretch out.

No hot water the entire stay. We were on the 4th floor and spoke to others that had no hot water as well. Tried to call the front desk but the phone cord was frayed so the person could not hear me talking. No one was at the desk when I walked down but it was late. The fire alarm went off a little after 1am and scared everyone. We evacuated with our kids and spent about 30 minutes outside. One of the Cobb County firefighters stated this was the fourth time they had been to the property for an alarm in less than a month. There was no fire. Definitely was not a good experience all around. Would not stay there again.

No thermostat and the A/C unit wasn't keeping up well, we couldn't complain because we apparently were given the last available room, so we just had to sweat it out. Area was nice, grounds are well-kept. Pool was closed for maintenance and with four kids it would've been nice to know ahead of time. Could've been better, could've been worse.

Could hear kids crying all night. The pool smelled funny and had no clean towels.
