Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Stockbridge / Atlanta I-75, an IHG Hotel

If you book a reservation and don’t stay you will not get a refund even if it was a family emergency do not book with them

The room was nice, however the thermostat did its on thing and we had heat or a/c randomly going off on its own. Made for a very stressful night with our little ones.

First want to say the front desk man and women working at the bar and restaurant were amazing!! So so so nice. The pool was closed for remodeling. Nothing was ever mentioned when we booked and several people in our party called the desk directly to book. We traveled 12 hours promising our kids a pool. When we asked to be compensated we were told there was no management on for the weekends and to call back Monday. Also called Holiday Inn main customer service who were not very helpful. For the price it was ridiculous. Hard to recommend a hotel who is unable to handle travels concerns…

The room was fairly clean and reasonably comfortable. When I asked for extra towels (we had two full sized towels for a family of four), the guy gave me pool towels, apologetically explaining they were out of regular ones. I later saw another guest happily carrying extra towels to their room. There was very little in the pantry for sale (same guy explained there was some delay in their delivery trucks), the ice machines didn't seem to work (when I asked about that the same guy suggested I try another floor which I did without success) and there were no vending machines in sight so I bought a late dinner at the bar. There was no room service nor menu to order from the room for carry out so I stayed at the bar after ordering while they made the food. The friendly bartender and the food the kitchen produced almost made up for the lack of towels but overall, we wouldn't stay here again given a choice.

Hands down, one of the best Holiday Inn's I've ever stayed in. The ENTIRE staff was very pleasant and professional. My room was clean and the AC was Cold, just like it should work. When I visit family again in the area, I will stay here over and over again.

The room was clean and updated. The hotel was quiet for a holiday weekend. The pool was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. There was debris, insects, hair, and bodily fluids floating in the pool. It looked like the filters were not running. This was very disappointing as I booked this hotel specifically for the pool since my family was traveling with me while I was on a business trip.

Stayed in their hotel while visiting my sick mother. Was very convenient. Although surrounded by restaurants it was convenient that they have a restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast and dinner. Clean and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and refer friends and family also.

This stay was covered by a free night through Hotels.com A $3 fee was due at the property. The staff charged our credit card $126. We have been attempting to contact the hotel for over a week now and management has refused to return several calls as well as a very straightforward email. My family has utilized Holiday Inn for two generations, but we will never stay at an IHG Hotel ever again. The management and customer service at this property is totally unaceptable!

I liked how nice and comfortable the beds were and we ate at Captain Dees which was a great place to have fish fry and some other seafood. I know my kids liked eating there.

I like that it was located close in proximity to my family, lots of dining and shopping options. I didn't like the limitation on towels or gatekeeping of them during our stay.
