We had our family of 5 going on a trip. Got the suite with 2 queens and sofa sleeper. Had to ask for linens and blanket for sofa. And sofa bed was a very thin mattress, could feel the wire underneath. When asked for pillows for sofa bed they stated had none. Plus good to know...they charge $100 deposit that will be supposedly be returned in 5-10 days. Will not go back.

My family and I stayed here last night. When checking in, they were apparently close to capacity and had double booked our room. Thats not the issue, The issue was that she said out loud our room number which is a security breach. There were two other men at the front desk checking in. I know this may go over many heads but this was a security risk, especially if I were traveling by myself. In other news, there was no hot water in our room. That needs to be addressed.

First time staying at this property. I had to book the last minute and they were able to accommodate me and my family. The breakfast was really good in the morning.

Great hotel, sadly on my back to the area wasn't available. Everything was good, my kids loved it.

Property was clean and quiet. The area was nice. There was a plenty of room for the family to move around and not feel cramped. I would highly recommend.

I’m expecting a phone call regarding issue. Door wouldn’t lock when we tried leaving for dinner and to attend family reunion. We had to check out because the hotel didn’t have another room to accommodate my family. Charged me $175 because I booked with the intention of not canceling. I didn’t cancel was told by front desk I would get a full refund which is not the case. Clean hotel, good location, staff not the greatest and god forbid you have a issue getting someone to help you will never get it

Our stay at comfort inn suites started out well. The hotel was clean and room was large and comfortable, however when it came time for bed that’s when the problems started. There was a parking lot light right out side our room that shone directly into our room. They had black out curtains but the curtains didn’t cover the window completely and so our room lit up like it was daylight all night long. Then at 1:30am someone tried walking in our door. The front desk clerk was with them and they were trying to get in our room. Needless to say strangers trying to get in our room in the middle of the night while we’re sleeping scared my kids and I to the point we didn’t sleep well the rest of the night. After trying to come in our room the front desk clerk called our room (in the middle of the night) and asked who we were and what we were doing in the room. Apparently when we checked in earlier in the evening the other front desk clerk didn’t mark the room as booked. In the morning when I went down to check out and talk to the morning front desk clerk she acted like it was no big deal and laughed it off. The staff is less than professional at this location and I would never stay there again.

When first checking in, I had to wait 15 minutes for the woman at the front desk to get off of the phone, when she finally did there was no apology for me standing for so long and she was extremely rude natured. She asked me if I wanted first floor or second floor, I chose first floor, and when she seen I had an older child she then told me that she was giving me second floor? Why did she even give me the option, just to be rude? She was then very dry with all instructions, if I had to choose again I would go elsewhere simply due to her demeanor. Customer hospitality is not in her agenda whatsoever. The hotel was extremely clean and very nice. However, it was very unsettling to see an abandon building with what looked like homeless people with flashlights occupying the building, we were forced to park very close to this building. If I hadn’t already paid for my room I definitely would have went to the Hilton, due to mainly the front desk customer service but also the abandon building was also reason for concern seeing that I am traveling from being a month in Florida with a lot of my possessions in my vehicle. Overall, I stay at alot of hotels due to traveling and this was at the very bottom of my list, thanks to your front desk attendant.

The double queen rooms are appropriately sized for a family of four with all the accompanying luggage as is the bathroom which was actually stocked with 4 adult sized towels. While the front desk staff were all very courteous, expediency was not a priority.
