Sea Palms Resort

Wonderful family spot

We were so excited to take our family summer trip. We arrived around 6pm or so. We went and found or room with the door already opened, we walked in and started to unpack, then to realize the key doesn't work to that room, we were actually staying in the joined room. So then we had to pack back up and move rooms. We then decided to go grab food at the hotel restaurant, and visit the pool. We got Shrimp and Grits, two kids got Mac and cheese sides, one kids meal, my husband ordered a wrap. We were charged for 3 kids meals, which was completely incorrect. After it was finally corrected We were able to get that fixed, and we went to the pool. It was a quiet pool, and we enjoyed our time in it. We then dried off and went to our room. It was about 830Pm. We decided to order the kids a quick bite Door Dash, because they said their Mac and Cheese from the hotel restaurant tasted like rotten cheese, ( my husband agreed that it was pretty bad, but we did not complain.) They received their quick bite, they got baths and we were ready to climb in bed for a lovely night of sleep around 10pm. Well that was interrupted by jumping above that sounded like someone was going to come through our ceiling, ad loud music. We called the front desk, and they said they would send out security. Security came ad they wouldnt stop so at 1030 we had to move our 3 kids to another room.

The check in process was super simple and pleasant. The room location was a little inconvenient to the parking lot, but not a big deal. The room was HUGE, clean and comfy. The staff was also very kind and accommodating (we needed an extra blanket, towels and washcloths the evening of our arrival) the view was beautiful and interesting (turtles, gators and birds near/in the pond), the pool was perfect, great customer service from the gate to the pool bar! We really enjoyed the weekend as a whole. The only issue I ran into was when packing my vehicle. There were no carts to take all of our things down in 1 trip (3rd floor) so we took 2 trips and came back up for the last few things and were locked out (it was 11:01 per our neighbor who was kind enough to let us use their phone to call the front desk) The lady at the front desk stated she was unable to send anyone to unlock the door that we had to come to the front desk. Super annoying when I had to load kids up and drive around to the office just to retrieve a few more items. A grace period would be nice. I ran into a Maintenace guy on the way back up and he stated, "not sure why she didn't just call us to help you" All in all we would definitely stay again! Loved the discount through Expedia as well! Everything in Brunswick was $450 for the weekend!

Our stay at Sea Palms was great, spent some good time with my grandkids, and they seen a little of the finer side of life.

Everything was amazing. The room was very nice and clean and offered many cute features (like the white noise you could turn on at night - sounds like a fan and naee me sleep like a baby) the balcony is screened in so no bugs! And the security (main door to a 2 room door split) was so comforting. Also they have 2 very nice size pools, one heated and one not. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

I found this deal on Expedia for Sea Palms and that's why I stopped there . I had no plans for this being a destination but was pleasantly surprised! This was a great deal and I would come back here with my family.

The bed was super comfy, but when I came back in the evening, there was no parking to be found. I had to go down two buildings to find a space which is not optimal late at night, with a child. It seems like they would have enough parking allotted per building. I did notice many parking places taken up by golf carts. The buildings are very difficult to find, as well.
