Best Western Plus St. Simons

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends and family to stay there. I’m planning on staying there again when we go back to st Simon island.

Me and my family stay here a couple times a year time and time again. The staff is amazing and the rooms/grounds. So if you want a place close to the beach and always well maintained then I suggest to stay here!!!

Pool area is great for families. Staff is very friendly and area is very pretty.

I used to stay at this property when I was a kid, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the upgrades to the rooms & the grounds are kept so beautifully. The breakfast is top notch!

The staff was great. The property and room was clean. For a family of 4 with 2 small children the room didn't have much space to move around. We weren't in there much more than to dress and sleep so not a huge deal.

Took my family for a vacation and the breakfast that is included was great! The pool and hot tub were really nice too. It was only about 7 minutes from the beach, which was great!

The breakfast lady is the sweetest!! The location is very quiet. It was a nice little getaway for my husband and I, definitely wouldnt have brought the kids.

Our room had several big stains on the carpet. The drywall ceiling appeared to have had a leak and its "bubble" needed repair. Poor room lighting. The hotel was noisy with many college kids. My partner said it well: " Welcome back to the 1980s". Breakfast area had been updated, food ok. Could be lovely, if rooms were much better.

The outside of hotel looks good. Location is great, a 10 minute drive to the East beach, close to shops and restaurants. Check in was quick, however, the room assigned to us has some issues: should not have guests in that room. Hard to open the door, had a note to pull up the handle a few times. Some kids had dropped some sticky chocolate candy in gront of door.Hole in the wall, toilet paper holder very loose, cant open safety box, phone to call front desk does not work. When asked to be in another room, was told, fully booked that Friday. April tried to clean the floor, and helped with the door issue and swtiched the corded phone. Room was clean though small, bed comfy. They replaced soiled towels and took trash but didnt make the bed...breakfast is adequate, like the yogurt dispenser with toppings, pool and hot tub nice. The hotel needs some TLC...stay ok for 2 nights, higher expectation for the amount charged, though summer is always a peak season, but we would have stayed somewhere else...
