The room set up was great! Separate rooms for toilet and shower made things more convenient with 3 kids and 2 adults. The bath/shower had hair in it from the previous guests. The pillows were flat as a pancake. But the beds were super comfy. The towels were soft. The pool was a treat for the kids. Breakfast was easy, lots of choices, and i watched as the employees made sure to refill the items fairly quickly as they ran out. Staff was kind and accommodating!

At this location there was a storm where I didn’t have power for over 4 hours. An employee was that Saturday said we would be compensated and I no means expected to be refunded but something for all the inconvenience from Saturday. The employee today had a smirk and was just they do not credit for Gods work. It was how she handle my question with no empathy or apology. Also the pull out bed for the couch is a trundle bed which only would work for a child rather than being a pull out bed. I will never visit this location again while visiting family

The stay was decent. It was clean but the facilities are older. My room had a small room for the toilet and another small room for the shower. The doors were difficult to close as they were sliding doors. Awkward and noisy situation for the whole family. Not a bad stay but definitely just to pass through, not to make a vacation out of it.

Nice, spacious room. Loved the trundle bed for our toddler. Breakfast was great and staff were very nice and helpful.

Our Stay was great as we only intended to stay one night so we can visit family in local hospital. The rooms were very spacious, especially for a family of 5. Definitely would come back if staying overnight in Macon.

We stayed here for one night on a road trip and were impressed. Customer service was excellent from check-in through check-out. The lobby and rooms seem very up to date and well maintained. Our room, a suite with two queen beds, was extremely spacious. We were surprised to see the toilet and a small sink in a separate room from the shower and a larger sink, but this was actually very convenient for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. The included breakfast was also good with many options.
