Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta East/Stonecrest

I didn’t like the service for the price..the AC was broken and couldn’t enjoy the restaurant bc the heat was unbearable. My wife and family was locked out the room multiple times due to key malfunction and had to change out about 3 times.

It was no one hanging out side begging for money and it very clean inside and outside and everything was very professi. onal loved it. I will come back and stay and will tell my friends and family about my stay thank you have a Blessed Day 💐💐💐

Overall the stay was good. Pretty areamin lobby to sit with family and enjoy the fireplace. Room was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were ok, not the most comfy pillows so bring your own. AC/heat was limited on change.

The Hilton Garden Inn was phenomenal in assist with our daughter graduation celebration. They allowed us to place item in the conference room earlier than expected. It was set-up as discussed and very clean. They had protocols in place due to Covid. The following staff at this hotel are great people with excellent customer service. I would like to acknowledge the following: Adjia & Latonia-front desk staff who started us off with the check in process with a smile and appreciation. Etosha-Front desk supervisor who made sure we had everything we needed. Felecia-banquet who took care all our wants and needs for the party. She was a life line for me and with my nerves. Ranford-front desk SS. Who made the check out seem less and made sure every part of our experience met our expectation. I always remember how this group of staff treated me and my entire family. Thank you again Hilton and I will return to this location again.

The pool was open from 5 am to 10 am which was very inconvenient. I booked this hotel because it had a pool and my children were looking forward to swimming but the limited hours made it difficult.

Our room smelled like cigars. It was awful because we had our 10 month old baby with us.
