Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory

The property was very pretty and well decorated. Clean and accommodating. Exiting the parking garage was a bit of a hassle. We were not advised to keep a room key to use as our gate pass so we had to run back (when we saw the notice on the elevator) and get one before leaving. When we did leave, the key card didn't work so we had to back out of the exit lane, park, run back in to the front desk and get a new one. One other thing, the walls are quite thin. Before 8:30 AM, the room next to ours was being cleaned and we could hear everything. The cleaning people were not careful about not hitting the walls and it was very disruptive to our sleep (they started cleaning quite early). Then, between 8:30 - 9:00 AM a couple of housekeepers walked into our room while I was naked. Yikes. They didn't get in far enough to see me because my husband alerted them that we were there but that was pretty uncomfortable. All in all, you have a very nice hotel and we would gladly stay again and recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you!

The room was very clean and the lobby is really nice. Parking was in a conveniently located garage. The area has nice restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again if my child gets into Emory.

The night front desk staff was super friendly. However, my hotel had roaches. Once we ordered door dash it must of brought them out. What a disappointment. My kids were unhappy with the site of bugs I wish I could get my $$$ back....

The hotel is very clean and the staff is wonderful. The hotel room decor is pretty typical of a business traveler's hotel but comfortable. There were a few minor annoyances such as no guide for the television so we had no idea what we were watching as we were channel surfing and no idea what was coming on; not a lot of sound proofing so we could hear the baby crying in the next room; and no hooks anywhere for coats or purses. Overall it was great, though, and very clean which is the most important thing in my opinion.

Service was tremendous from staff as usual. This second time staying with them while family was in town. Clean, beautiful, and very hospitable from staff to food service you will enjoy your stay.

The Courtyard was within easy distance of my family members who live in NE Atlanta and Decatur. Staff were welcoming and helpful - could not ask for more.
