Sleep Inn & Suites

I got stuck in the elevator with the kids had to wait on the fire department. The first night they gave us a room & the entire room Smelled like something wet ! We unpacked second guessed it unpacked anyway got ready to shower water on the floor then in the bathroom guess something was leaking & the bed was wet both of them & the carpet on the first floor then they gave us a room on the third floor! We had no trash emptied the entire time nor did we get towels changed out we literally had to find things ourselves. I rather sleep outside!

booked this room last minute enroute from FL to NY around 11 pm. the staff was lovely, professional and courteous in EVERY interaction but.... the building, beginning in the lobby, smelled moldy and musty. the air coming from the air conitioner in the room smelled like a moldy basement. the sheet on one of the beds had what can be best described as a "skid mark" right where one would sit, having turned down the bed. upon removing the sheets at 11:45 pm we brought them to the front desk to get a new set. the staff apologized profusely and offered to come chamge them. because we were travelling with our dog, I declined. upon changing the sheets the mattress cover appeared to have more of the same substance (whatever that may have been) on the sheets dripped down the side of the bed. made the best of it, removing the soiled items and remaking the bed.

Reliable hotel we enjoy when traveling to visit family

As the British would say, cheap and cheerful. Clean, safe, family owned business, good value for money.

They have a wonderful hotel, everyone was very nice the place was clean they are remodeling so there were areas that wasn't perfect but other then that they was great. If you're a smoker they have a nice sitting area that good to relax at. No overhead to avoid rain but as long as it's not raining that's a good spot to enjoy a smoke with family and friends. Staff was professional and kind. I congratulate them for making our say so pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.
