La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kennesaw

My room had ants in the bathroom on the counter. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away to spray, once he left my son went to use the restroom and more ants appeared. I called back to the desk to inform them and ask if my bill could be adjusted because of the inconvenience of the ants being in our bathroom, the gentleman said yes just come down to the front desk. I went to check out and the gentleman that answered the phone refused to adjust my bill. I will never stay here again, my whole family was there for a funeral.

The staff was attentive and friendly. Mark at the front desk was especially kind, making me and my family feel welcome. The coffee was good as well. The breakfast was standard…but there are plenty of places nearby. I would stay here again.

Front desk told me I could check in early on the phone, when I arrived they told me that I had to pay an additional early check in fee. Then proceeded to tell me that they accidentally gave away my room. When they finally found my family a room (smaller than the one I originally booked) the sheets were dirty & the room had a strong odor. Horrible experience!

The staff here is NOT properly trained and should NOT be left alone to work the front desk. After a long days drive, I finally got checked into my room and laid down to relax only to have a family come walking into my room... you can imagine they were surprised that a grown man was laid up in their bed already, and I was surprised too! Now this poor family has seen me in less that professional dress. NOT to mention the fire alarm that kept going off in my room with no end in sight, because the staff didn't know how to turn it off and keep it off. Went to ask for new room, but line was so long, I just decided to pack up and leave. Went to check out and talk about a refund, and all of a sudden there was NO one at the front desk to help.

The rooms were dirty, we were offered to be moved and even the 2nd room was dirty, the rooms smelled terribly it simply was not acceptable especially with children. Such a nice looking hotel but poorly maintained, even the lobby rest rooms were disgusting with feces all over the toilets that they had to let us go back to our room to use the restroom after check out. It was not a good experience at all.
