The hotel was very nice the last time my family and I stayed there it was different. But since they remodeled. The hotel looks totally different. The only thing we didn't care for was the shower even though the room we stayed in was a handicapped room which I didn't know before picking the room. But when you take a shower the water comes out all over the floor because there is no shower door or anything to catch the water from the shower coming out onto the floor by the toilet. But overall our stay there was great and will definitely stay here again but I will pick a different room.

The younger girls at the front desk were the most friendliest and helpful. I was very impressed with their attitudes and personality. However the guy upon checkout lacked in personality and approachability. A lady came in who was elderly .. as I was checking out and she was asking for a brochure to take him bc her family was looking for a hotel in near future. He actually laughed when she asked him stating no one does that anymore.. he did not offer the website as an alternative in fact he mentioned other hotels besides this one! SMH

Our family has been staying at this hotel for many years, driving from FL to OH in the summer and at Christmas. The hotel is the best in the area. There are great dining options, and the homemade breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean, showers are refreshing, and we always know we will be comfortable. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. A

The property was everything that it says. The pool wasn't that big compared to other hotels but it was excellent for our little family.

Two nights in a row kids were running, talking loudly and slamming doors. No rest for two nights. I did not complain the first night but after the second night I did complain and was told about some form I signed when I checked in. That is not the response I wanted at 2:00 in the morning after being woke up for the second night in a row.

I booked a junior king suite for 4 nights. When we arrived, I was told they oversold and they were “upgrading” us. The upgrade was a single room with 2 queen rooms and a handicap accessible shower. After seeing the room and not being satisfied, the night clerk made arrangements for us to move the following day. Everything was fine until checkout. I had been charged suite rate for the first night. No changes allowed and no manager available on weekends. I called on Monday and an adjustment was supposedly made but am still waiting on the promised email confirmation. Staff was very pleasant but not very effective. Had I not complained, I’m quite sure I would have been left in the first room at a suite rate. This probably reflects more on Hilton than the property, but there are too many other choices for me to stay at another Hilton.
