Comfort Suites

Stayed in this hotel while visiting family in Jefferson. We stayed a total of 5 nights. Rooms were a nice size, very clean, every thing worked and the breakfast every morning was great !

Great location, near plenty of restaurant choices and hiking. Only complaint was thin walls and children and a heavy adult pacing in room above our heads well into the night and a broken shade (no natural light unless blind was rigged) otherwise fine. Decent free breakfast but prefer boxed milk rather than open pitcher

Highly recommend this property. We have stayed there multiple times over the past 10 years for our annual family reunion. Always clean. Always friendly service. And an excellent suite setup for families!

We needed emergency accommodations due to an emergency within our family, and we could not have asked for a better place to be during this time. The coffee was always available, the breakfast was delicious and had great options, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and professional.

We found a clean comfortable room with all the needed amenities. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the inn was great for us. It was just off of I 85 and very close to Commerce where our daughter and her family live. We enjoyed our stay!!

My family was complained about being to loud while in room twice I fill that the hotel isn't built sound have never stay anywhere else from being loud needs some work

The lady at the front desk basically ignored me when we walked in - she was busy playing with a puppy. The first room she gave us smelled so bad of smoke my 3 year old started gagging. She changed our room and it was much better although the AC unit ticked literally all night long. Within 15 minutes of getting into the room we started getting phone calls us asking us to stop the “jumping”. My son was excited, so I got him on the bed and turned the tv on so he would settle down. We got two more harassing phone calls after that about the noise - but everyone was in the bed - no one was making any noise. Keep in mind, it wasn’t even late at night - before 9:00 when we started getting the calls. Of course, we spent the rest of stay feeling like we were walking on eggshells. My husband had to leave before me and my kids, so I felt uncomfortable even getting breakfast for fear of being harassed again. I’m sure we were the only family in the entire hotel, so it would be easy to single us out. I’ve never had a worse hotel stay in my life. At least one call was from the front desk, the others may have been from the occupant of the room below us. I’m frustrated that some strange man had the ability to call our room over and over again. I’ve never felt unsafe in a hotel until now. We’ve stayed at countless hotels and have never had any problems until this one. If you have a family I would highly recommend NOT staying here. I will never stay at a Comfort Suites again.
