This review is for this trip only. I've stayed here in the past with excellent results. This time, it was not so good. A cold shower after driving over three hours sucks!! I'm the stinky kid today because it still didn't work this morning. Anyway.. This was my experience today. Hopefully, they will have it corrected soon.

My family and I were down for a cheer competition. Check in was quick and easy! The room was really clean and comfy. The front desk staff was extremely nice and provided us with anything we needed. Breakfast was great! Not to mention the hotel was walking distance from the classic center so it was easy access to our event. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back that way!

I read many of the reviews of small rooms, low water pressure and backed up drains. I would highly beg to differ with the negative reviews. Ma home college weekend stay and could not have been a more pleasant stay. I'll stay at the Hyatt again even though my family friends built the Indigo. The Hyatt is an excellent property. Easy few block walk to everything Athens has to offer.

Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Would stay again. Only complaint was the bathroom door would not lock and would roll shut, ended up hurting my toddlers hand (fortunately not emergency worthy)

Where do o even start! Excellent hotel, amazing rooms, clean beautiful and confortable! The included breakfast was great too, like a full blown breakfast buffet! We loved staying and plan on staying here every single time we visit Athens to visit family! Highly recommend!!

This hotel was excellent for the price. Family members thought I paid double what I did. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Showerhead was not great, but that is really nitpicky. The only thing I was not a fan of was the access to the parking garage from the main hotel. You had to go into the conference center to access the elevator, or go to the bottom floor and walk over. We were travelling light, so it was okay, but if I had several days of luggage and small kids, it would be inconvenient.
