Front desk staff was amazing in accommodating adding an additional room to my booking when additional family had to stay the night because we had a family member in critical condition at the hospital down the street. Thanks again they helped out in our time of need. 👍👍👍

Staff was not friendly at all. When asked why my night was over $300 they said that they were always that expensive although I checked on the next few days and they showed a little over $120. Not very helpful when you have family in Hospital getting cardiac procedure. Was not impressed this time. Last few times we were there under same circumstances and staff was excellent and price was more on track. Pretty disappointed this time.
