My kids were attacked verbally and stalked and followed by a Karen. She verbally assaulted my kids, racially discriminated against them. During the night, we received several calls awakening us. Playing and hanging up on us. I called the front desk. It was terrible. We felt unsafe. She walked behind them and refused to leave the kids alone even after my child told her that she was a child. My daughter heard her at our door and told her to leave them alone.Thank God one of the workers was coming up the elevator and witnessed it. I know I need to contact an attorney because a grand time was ruined. My baby was crossing over into an organization. Instead of making precious memories, we had a nightmare. We need our money back. We need this person banned from hotels. She is gonna mess up and hurt someone with all the hate shown on this day

Absolutely horrendous experience. Drove into town from out of state, upon check in the lobby and public area were being renovated, the construction consisted of painting, floor, walls, and ceiling upgrades, the odor of hot tar throughout the wide open doors at every corner. We decided to check in anyways as we had scheduled events to get to. Upon our return at around 1 am we found out that there was no electricity, air conditioning, lights, elevators or anything working in the hotel, there was a mass exodus of other guests loading their vehicles to look for alternative accommodations and with the need for medical equipment as well as my post operative wound care needs we needed light and electricity in order to take care of my needs. I was unable to lift greater than 3 pounds because of my surgery so my wife and young children had to pack the room in the dark and carry all our belongings down four flights of stairs in the dark. It has been two days and I have yet to receive a refund and I had to get a new hotel for the past nights that was more expensive than I planned because of lack of availability of rooms at the last minute.

Not on Expedia, nor their actual website does it state this property is under renovations. There is currently no lobby, no gym, no vending or concessions. Finding the makeshift check in area wasn't too difficult, a dark and cluttered room with an employee that wasn't rude, but not exactly friendly either. Whatever, I'm only sleeping here. Or so I thought. After DoorDashing a few snacks and drinks over, because again.. no concessions or vending and the property is kind of isolated on a dark street as it is, no convenience stores or restaurants right around.. I try to sleep. See, I know to expect to hear the occasional voices and footsteps, that's not going to bother me, but starting right after 9pm, and only getting worse and worse before I finally bailed around midnight, the NOISE was unbearable. So maybe it's not THEIR fault that other people on the floor had kids shrieking and running up and down the halls multiple times. Opening and closing of the doors, hard, constantly. Eventually slamming of doors. Young child screaming incessantly. Eventually, people fussing and cursing. Tried to call the reception, not sure if it didn't dial because.. well, as previously stated, there is no lobby right now, or maybe other people were calling down, I don't know. ... but at a quarter to midnight, when you're wondering if you're right next door to a domestic violence incident coming soon, I didn't feel safe. And I certainly wasn't going to sleep. So I left.

We stayed a couple of nights, visiting kids living in Clarkston. This hotel is being renovated, and the room was like new. The lobby was unavailable due to renovations, but breakfast was served adequately in a large meeting room. Staff was friendly. The hotel is in a nice office park area, not much outside noise and it felt safe. There were 2 elevators and they were fast! Negligible wait times for elevators although the hotel was not at capacity. Does not have a tub--only a shower, although a very nice enclosure. I found ita little hard to adjust the spray pattern on the shower head.

The Hotel experience was ok. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selections of items and somewhat good tasting depending of choice. Pool was kept real clean which our children enjoyed. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Unfortunately there is not much walkway or sitting area when trying to occupy room or have a meal for a family of three. Also we had a very small trash can that filled up quickly ( overflowing) when having kids that have snacks. Would be nice to have a larger size can. But fortunately room service did empty trash daily. Also I would like to bring to your attention if you don’t know and I failed to mention at checkout… that on the third floor the large trash can by the ice machine is overflowing and been full since the 4 days we’ve stayed. Has a foul smell and flies are hanging out. Sorry but overall it’s ok/ decent hotel. But staff is great! Thanks

The carpet provided a musty smell in the rooms. The AC is controlled by window units. Which is very odd for me. I have allergies and during my two day stay my issues flared up. The bathrooms however were very nice! They were clean. The beds were comfortable (not my style of comfort but overall ok). Rooms are limited overall with space, no closet space besides hanging your items behind a heavy curtain. Also something I am not used to. We were a family of 6, so no room to move around or store big luggage, or put clothes into any drawers. The TV also went out of signal quite a few times. I didn’t even bother to use the WI-FI, it was extremely slow. If you wanted the fast Wi-Fi it was 5 dollars extra a day. The breakfast was quite great. A variety of options and everything was fresh. The pool was great for our young kids, but only open from 8-8 which is not great hours, I feel there should be more options to swim later in the evening. Average stay overall.

They failed to code our key card for the second night. My family had to wait in hallway on 5th floor with our pizza getting cold while I went back to find out why we could not get into our room. No big deal but I was angered by their lack of concern. No apologies for the inconvenience or even an explanation…. We will not be back to that property.

My stay was overall a good stay for the price. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable for my family to lay our head for our two night stay. The breakfast was typical “free” hotel hot breakfast. They are under renovations so there were some loud noise at one point, other that. That it was a good stay
