They staff and hotel was wonderful. The check-in process was quick and easy. The front desk staff interaction and attentiveness was awesome. All my family members really enjoyed the hotel

When my family and I arrived, we checked in at the front desk. The person at desk said we were all set. Once we arrived to room I quickly realized it wasn’t the room I paid for, as I originally reserved a 2 bdrm suite. So I went back down to desk and the manager proceeded to tell me that there was a family reunion in town and that they didn’t have any more rooms. I then asked why didn’t she tell me that at first when she gave me the room keys, and she said she didn’t realize it at the time. It was never an apology, they didn’t offer any type of accommodation of any sort for the inconvenience. My room was reserved weeks in advance. We also had to keep going downstairs to receive towels, blankets, pillows, anything extra we needed. Needless to say, we were a bit cramped with just the 1 bedroom and were not accommodated. I expected better service for the amount of money that was paid I was extremely disappointed and still haven’t received my price adjustment. I’m on vacation with family right now so I’ll have to wait because I don’t want to stress. I will be taking my concerns much higher

We came to support our daughter that is on the dance line at Fort Valley state University as they participated in the HBCU culture battle of the bands at the State Farm Arena. My family stayed over night and it was wonderful, the breakfast was superb, not the usual continental breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

I booked while driving InA road trip with my family. It’s $190 per room plus $20 per day for parking. That parking fee was not listed anywhere and they charged my fully when I arrived at midnight and left the next morning. They said they would keep part of the deposit. I’ll was surprised by that and for over $200 it was a ratchet stay. I called customer service twice to let them know I was arriving late and requested the couch bed to be made with bedding and extra pillows. Last time I had stayed there was not any sheets on the pullout couch and we were scrambling after a ten hour drive to make our own bed. I called twice to ask them to have it ready to avoid that scamrble and stress at midnight . To no avail….. there was no note as promised on my account - I ended up waiting an hour in the middle of the night to get bedding for the pullout couch and we ended up making our own bed after a ten hour drive. They didn’t care - they just said no note and wouldn’t even waive the ridiculous parking or anything.

They did not have the room we reserved. We had to cram our family of 6 into a space made for 3. No compensation for not giving us the right room. The front desk was not helpful.

Nice property. Clean and new facility. The sofa sleeper was really bad, though. Only small children can sleep on it. Staff was all pleasant and courteous. Really convenient location.

My room was clean. Breakfast was amazing. The happy hour was good to offer, the bar was packed and my drink was good. I was traveling alone with my child and I requested a soda for her so then I could return to my room. The bartender handed me a water stating that’s what he thought she needed by looking at her. It was offensive. Even if he thought that this, it was rude for him to say in front of her. At that same time, I ordered dinner from the bar. The restaurant was closed due to a wedding. After receiving the food from the same bartender who I suspect helped fix my food, I should have just eaten elsewhere. Although I had a bad experience with that one bartender, I explained my experience to Jeff at the main desk and he was amazing. He was great with every guest interaction that I witnessed. He was a great help to me and because of this I would stay again.
