I checked in with a young child. Upon entering, we were met with a crummy room with a funky smell. After turning off the AC, the strong odor of marijuana entered the room. This is clearly no place to bring a child. The staff working at the time was considerate, but upon seeking a refund, the manager was incredibly rude. Not only did she refuse to give me her full name, she hung up the phone on me. This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Staff was fine for the very limited contact with them. Room was musky, dresser drawers didnt work properly, sink was very slow to drain and the deadbolt on the door did not work. Was told by another guest to keep an eye on my car because kids were walking around the parking lot checking for unlocked cars.
