The elevator was not working. We were ok since we didn’t have much baggage but I noticed several people struggling with getting luggage up stairs and managing there small kids at the same time Staff should have stepped in and helped . Other

The property is well located for The Classic Center. Great location for downtown shopping, eating and drinking. However, the homeless people are too pushey. My family and I were approached by the same people more than once. One was roaming the parking deck of the hotel and another was asleep in the stairwell of the parking deck. This is not safe for women and children.

When we arrived, the room smelled terrible, like wet dog. Eventually we either went noseblind or our comings and goings aired it out. We had an accessible room and there was nowhere near enough lighting, so once the sun went down it became a bit of a dark cave. Dining was only available in the morning, so you had to leave the property to get meals after breakfast. And upon our first steps outside the hotel we were approached 3 separate times by people asking for money, which was unsettling considering we were traveling with children.
