We were a family of 5 traveling for spring bteak and stayed here for the nite. This was the best hotel of all our stops! The staff was so nice to us and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was great and the beds were comfy and clean!

Perfect for family of five. We had a double queen bed room with pull out sofa room - which was plenty of space for us. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

We stopped here on the way home from Orlando because it was conveniently located right off the interstate. The hotel did have construction next door but it was not an issue for our overnight stay. Staff was very friendly, especially the management when we were checking out, and we were impressed with how clean, modern and spacious our room was. Breakfast buffet was about what you expect from a hotel, nothing too fancy but I loved that they had blueberry batter for the waffles and a variety of waffle toppings. Only complaint is that I had two conditioners instead of a shampoo in the bathroom so I ended up washing my hair with my son’s baby wash and it was a little difficult to find parking when we arrived at 11pm.

We have always chosen to say here when coming to visit family, but last two stays have not been great. The most recent stay left a lot to be desired, only one employee out of the 5 we encountered spoke english so it made it difficult to ask for what you were looking for. The breakfast was poor - there were no plates, no syrup for the waffles you needed to eat out of a bowl, no oatmeal like normal, no milk and no splenda or creamer for coffee and the eggs were full of water. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as we have family in the area. We have always stayed here and have enjoyed our stay. We purchase the suite for extra room and it fits our family nicely. This time we experienced the less than friendly service provided by Charleen who indicated she was the GM. That was a shame, we will not stay here again and in fact when we told her we would not stay there again, her exact words were " you won't be the first, or the last". She does not belong in the service industry. Hopefully someone of authority will see this review.

The staff was beyond amazing. We ended up checking in later than originally intended and it was still fantastic. Traveling with children isn’t always easy, but Bob made check in so easy and even helped with out luggage. He ensure we had the extra bedding for the pull out sofa. His smile and welcoming attitude was a joy after a long day of driving.

You could hear the traffic from I75 but the worst part was the banging in the hall, on our door, all through the night. When we called the front desk, we were told there were some teams staying in the hotel and they were probably running around. Seriously? I paid over $209 for one night stay so I could sleep and they couldn't prevent children from running the halls and banging on doors? Unacceptable.

We stay in this hotel every time we are in Georgia. This time has been the most disappointing time out of all, and it was already a hard trip to make as we were in town for a memorial service. We have stayed 4 times in the last year and every other time was fine. The breakfast lady that was usually there wasn’t there this time and the breakfast was not good, at all. The room has broken outlets and as parents of young children we need all the outlets we can get. This is the second time we were placed in a room with broken outlets which stinks. Overall it was an “ok” stay. But between the nasty breakfast and broken outlets we were bummed to spend $200 on one night here.
