Quality Inn Zephyrhills - Dade City

1. I paid over $1500.00 for 5 days due to family death, the first room for my brother 222 we checked in at 3 pm, when he went to the room a woman was lying in the bed and was screaming. 2. My sister checked in to a room with no carpet and they were sticking to the floor and had dog urine on the floor. 3. My truck had a fresh wash on it and they graded the driveway on Sunday without telling anyone to move and my new truck was covered with concrete dirt. 4. When ask for the general manager we were told we could not talk to her, she was scheduled to come in the next day but did not show up stating there's nothing we can do for you.

We stayed for 5 nights, the staff was super nice, we didn’t have any noise issues, we got all of the towels and blankets and pillows we needed. The only small complaint is that the carpet had like a sticky-ish film, but I seemed to be the only one in my family to notice, so it wasn’t much of an issue.
