Best Western Wesley Chapel

When my family and I checked in I asked about the pool and was told it closes at 8pm or dusk. The next day I sent my daughter and mom down to the pool around 5:30 pm. They went to the front desk to ask for towels for the pool. The women there said nothing about the pool. 30 minutes later she came over to them very rude and said they have to get out of the pool. It closes at 6. And she kept tapping her watch and saying get out. Why did not say anything when we asked for towels at 5:30? So once my mother and daughter told me what had happened I went to the front desk and talked to the women who told them to get out. She said pool was closes at 6pm. I told her what the women told me when I checked in and she told me I was mistaken. She was rude

Staff discussing a personal altercation of a family member at front desk. Very unprofessional. Later on they where i lobby area with a lady crying. Not a good look for place of business. Also 2 front desk clerks laughing and cutting up not professional. When i needed ice all 3 machines broken and when i asked at front desk if they had other ice machine somewhere she said no. When she was asked if complaining to someone in management she also replied no. There where ants in room. The room had not been cleaned well at all. There was garbage in the night stands. $127. A NIGHT room was worth $80 at best. Only good thing i can say housekeeping was nice and pleasant. The guy who did breakfast was very friendly and nice.

The hotel room wasn’t clean at all also the second day power when off at night . Try to talked to the manager to get a refund for that day they weren’t cooperating at all so I left because I have two kids and I was in a hotel with no power at all .

Exceeded my expectations. We didn’t spend much time there besides sleeping and breakfast meals. Nevertheless, my family and I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend. Clean, quiet environment not to mention polite staff. Will stay he again if need be and recommend you do as well. Til we met again BW Wesley Chapel!!

The location is great for us. Near family. Lots of dining options. The room was good however one light bulb burned out and hair dryer did not work. Before checking out I filled my cup with ice and almost got run over by two guys (not) hide running out of a room with super soakers shoot on g all over hall and back into room. House keeping was right there. They may have reported. I do not know they said nothing to the young men. Probably policy.

Nice room. Only down side was room was a bit musty and there was what looked like baby powder that had been mopped over in the bathroom. No big deal though
