My two kids and I enjoyed a stay for theme park visit. The room was spacious and everything was immaculate. Service was professional, even though I went through third-party. We did not feel like we were treated “third-world”, like other hotels often do.

We loved the hotel and the ease of getting it. The room was perfect for my disabled husband with the walk in shower and shower chair. We stayed 2 nights, and 2 family members joined us in the room for my husbands surgery the next day. We'll stay here again, if we need a hotel.

Visiting family for granddaughter birthday- location was close to son’s house- hotel room was clean & spacious. Bed & pillows very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bathroom was very clean. I would definitely stay there again could value for the price.

The property is secluded which I didn’t like much. For the price I expected better location and room amenities. I made. Reservation for 4, 1 king with a sofa bed, simple as 2 were small children. But the sofa bed was a pull out split bed, provided 1 bed sheet when clearly needed 2 as one person would sleep on top and one on the pullout. Then only provided 3 towels for a room of 4. Breakfast on Friday was lacking warm made, all was prepackage food except breads. Would not return the price was too high for its location and what it offers.

Appalled to say the most. Check-in was a breeze but that was the only thing I can say good about this hotel. Yes my family and I had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ian hitting our house. My husband is disabled also and when I made the reservation I did request a 1st level room but as we all know sometimes request can not be met which is acceptable when a hotel is claiming to be handicap accessible. But here is my issue. We were placed on an upper level room (no problem) when we first got into the room we were not able to flush the toilet we placed a call down to the front desk and the lady told us we would have to come down and get a plunger and handle the issue. (okay off to a great start). Second issue, when turning on the television the remote was barely operating again placed a call to front desk and was told to come down at a later time for the next agent to help us which was over 3 hours (we are still off to a grand stay here.) Third issue and it just happens to be the important part of our rating. The hotel staff cut off access to the only way my disabled husband could use, the elevators. Yes we get that it is policy to turn them off in an emergency situation but when you do not notify your guest of this that is a major problem. Just because you place a hand typed notice and place it on the 1st floor does not give notice to the remainder levels. It is also not acceptable for someone who may not be able to see. Far well Marriott no longer a loyal guest after this.

This was first experience with Springhills Suite in Wesly Chapel. I enjoyed my stay , the rooms were clean and pretty roomy, what I didnt like was the food choices. When traveling with a 5 year old their has to be better kid approved breakfast.

Really nice area! Staff is Great! When we arrived check in was easy. We did have an issue because one of the beds had clearly been peed on recently and the room was not cleaned properly. They changed our room immediately and the new room was clean. Breakfast had something for everyone and I was pleased with the free parking and free breakfast. Rooms are nice and spacious. Microwave and mini fridge in rooms. Lots of great amenities. I liked the shower area separate from the potty area. My kids enjoyed it. Not a lot of noise and property felt safe. Overall the stay was great and we would stay there again.

The property is very well located. Nice area with many restaurant options not farer that 15 mins. The staff is very kind and service oriented. The property in general was very clean ans neat. My only complaints are: 1. My room eas not clean during my whole stay of 4 nights. They even asked me during check-in if I needed housekeeping service in my room, which I automatically answer: yes, please! After 2 nights without cleaning our room, I went about 4 times to ask for the housekeeping service and they always said that they put it on the system and that they ill pass today or tomorrow, and never happened. It is very unpleasant staying at a hotel with kids and not receiving housekeeping service even once in 4 nights. 2. The Complimentary Breakfast was actually very poor during weekdays. Only weekend it improved. It is almost a standard to find scrambled eggs and maybe breakfast sausage at an American hotel, but the first 3 mornings the breakfast was bagels, and wrapped food (not bad) but normally guests expect something fresh like eggs or sausages cooked at the moment and not only microwavable bags with tiny food inside. My impression is that there is a lack of staff at the property and they are doing their bes. In general the hotel is really good and nice, the staff is incredibly kind and service oriented, but they need to improve housekeeping and the breakfast.

The breakfast was kind of poor for children. Quiche and sandwiches are not as good as waffles for kids.
