We loved everything about it from the staff to the room, to the breakfast! Everything was outstanding! It was also amazing to be able to bring our four legged fur babies!

The bed was hard, the pillow was a rock, kids in the next room yelling and screaming, we put the sign out we’re sleeping and maid service kept knocking on our door several times. I’m not happy

Stayed there to flee Hurricane Idalia with the family, because it was nearby, and pet friendly, and had good ratings. Pros: - Staff was outstanding - Breakfast was yummy and plentiful - Rooms were big, clean, and the beds were comfy - Plenty of towels - Nightlight in the bathroom (helpful for late night potty trips) - Pet friendly Not quite cons: - Decor is dated and could use an update - I'm sure the really ugly carpet hid many stains - The lighting was not great, and flickered a lot - The water pressure was meh I suggest they put all dog owners on the first floor and put tile on the floors. Would definitely stay there.

We booked online and it reads that a king suite sleeps 4. This is not accurate. The sofa sleeper is more narrow than a twin bed so we ended up having to have a person sleep on the floor. Very frustrating after a long day and putting our trust in this hotel chain. We were told there were no other rooms to switch to and they were unable to offer a refund. Also, we were told that the open rooms we saw available online belonged to people who had actually booked but had not checked in yet so if we got a second room online we would be forcing other families out. Very frustrating experience here. I won’t be booking here again.

Breakfast kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with the kids. Rooms were clean and comfortable, housecleaning staff great. Overall, a nice place to stay!

There are only 3 or 4 hotel options in the area. This is bar far the best one. Easy check in, easy parking, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, amazing AC, hot showers, nice breakfast. My family booked 4 rooms and we all had a great time. My favorite part of this past stay were the two women working the breakfast. They were SO nice and helpful. They went above and beyond. They deserve all the positive feedback.
