Innisbrook, A Salamander Golf & Spa Resort

Great for couples and family

Innisbrook Resort is a great place for families. We had four generations together and there was something for everyone. We will definitely book again.

The buildings are dated and need renovating. The food is priced way too high. Not a family friendly restaurant on the campus.

This place looked nothing like the pictures. It was so bad that we ended up not staying there. This place is an old condo community, very poorly lit. Not a good place to take children. The staff and Hotels.com said no refund even though it was definitely false advertising. Stay far away from this one.

We were there for dance competition. The check process was quick and convenient. We had dinner at the restaurant upon check-in. Everything was delicious. The room accommodations were spacious and clean, but not necessarily completely updated. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend regardless, beautiful view one of the tee offs on the golf course. We were in one of the ballrooms they provided water but we definitely had to order in everything else that we needed. There were no additional accommodations to purchase lunch from the hotel on site in the ballroom area. Very low key. Despite the rainy weekend, the hotel grounds were well-maintained I wish at the very least the Starbucks in the main building would have remained open all day and shifted to sandwiches midday or something for the kids so that we didn't need to leave the hotel.

The property was very nice. The room was updated, the people were friendly and welcoming, and the setting was very serene and peaceful. The heater for the main kids pool was not working so that was disappointing, but we made the best of it and still got some pool time in at one of the other ones. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay again.

One of the members verbally attached my family member over a pool chair. Security came in. She and her husband were out of control and security ended up kicking my grind out so we and all the kids left. Totally unacceptable behavior by the guests and the staff at this resort. I would never stay at this resort again. Ever. We were sitting at the pool with friends of our that live at the resort who saw the entire things and told security we were in the Wright. This place is disgusting. The staff member should be fired and bared from any resort employment for life.

The property is clearly very dated but provided our family everything we needed for an enjoyable two night stay.

Great pool but closes at 6:00pm which didnt give the kids much time to enjoy. Rented a big room which obviously had planty of space. 2nd tv would have been nice. Shower ran out of hot water quickly.
