Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tampa Northwest - Oldsmar, an IHG Hotel

Booked with the family for 1 night and the stay was super good. The room was clean. The room had a good smell. One of the most important things the bathtub was not clogged. They provide you with lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast was good just a little slow to add the food but is hot and fresh. Will highly recommend!!

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Minor issue the staff quickly responded to and rectified. Wonderful location to visit family, 20 min to Tampa Airport.

We stayed at this property on October 30th and everything was perfect no issues. Clean room, fresh air and good customer service. We rebooked again for the following night in a new room and we had a very difficult night. Our family (including a young child) has severe sensitivities to scents and chemicals and the entire lobby, hallways and rooms smelled strongly of raid/insectiside or some sort of strong chemical. We were unable to sleep, breathe properly and felt very nauseous by this very strong smell. It smelled on the pillows, sheets and in the air. We have stayed at other holiday inn express many times before and never experienced this. We were very disappointed with this experience and will not be staying again due to this issue and our severe sensitivities. Notes for managment, please look into ways to make this issue improve. For people with sensitivities it is a very difficult experience. Many other hotels we have stayed at never had this issue. Besides this issue, we were very happy with everything else. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

My family and I loved everything about this hotel!

We had a very good stay. The airconditioner in our room was not working when we returned back to our room around 10pm and the night manager on duty immediately moved us to another room within 5-10 minutes. The breakfast was a hot full breakfast and the hotel was quiet and room was clean and larger than expected with a microwave, fridge, couch and table to allow for additional seating. We visited family close by and would stay there again. We felt safe and there are lots of restaurants neaby.
