We wanted to stay in Punta Gorda while we looked for a permanent place to live as I am being transferred from Michigan. I saw the rooftop bar restaurant online and it did not disappoint. My girlfriend loved the bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. What more do you need? I'd recommend to family/friends and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I came for his 60th birthday and to visit our son and his family who live right down the road. We were so comfortable and well taken care of. Just a wonderful stay.

The location is excellent. The view of the harbor was nice, but the furniture was not arranged in a way to make looking out the window easy. The marble desk is cold, and the leather chair is sticky in the heat. Neither is a good choice of material. I suppose the hotel is conserving energy, but the dim lights in the lobby and halls is depressing. The two restaurants have very limited menus, and the primary restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday, a bizarre Florida custom. Even though I was paying $450 or so per night because of the harbor view, breakfast was not included. The pool and rooftop bar and restaurant were closed one day for some kind of maintenance. I'm glad I didn't have kids with me as they would have been very disappointed.
