We'll be back! We now have a hotel that we will always use when visiting family in Port Charlotte. It's clean, a reasonable price, and have a great breakfast. Someone is always there if you need anything, checks all the boxes!

From the time we checked into the time we checked out, it was phenomenal service. They were all very family orientated, and very professional. Only complain I have is it was storming so sad like kept being knocked out. Not a big deal we weren’t there for the TV.

Our experience over all was great. I will say that Miss Barbara is the most caring woman, and is so attentive to her customers in the breakfast area. This woman goes above and beyond to make sure all is a great experience. She is always walking around asking people if all is okay and if they need anything, wiping down tables, counters and does it all with a smile. I cannot say enough about this Miss B. We were here for a traumatic family emergency and ehe sat with us and talked to us about it and she and her kind words would help to ease the pain we are going through. As you can see she has made a strong impact on us daily as we now call her Miss B, she is family to us now. We would stay here again due to her kindness and her big heart. Her smile and kindness is infectious. I cannot express how amazing Miss B is. She is an asset to your company. If I may make a request she deserves a tip jar! The room attendants get tips and there's hardly any interaction. Would only be RIGHT that Miss B have a tip jar. The staff at the front desk were amazing and very helpful as well, thank you all for your kindness.

we booked this hotel as it advertised newly renovated. rooms are only half way finished. i can't believe they're charging full price for this hotel. then on top having kids running up and down the halls beating on doors "not the fault of the hotel" just poor parenting. if a hotel is advertising newly renovated it should be. we would have stayed else where. breakfast was ok. just lacking products.

Great hotel, wonderful staff. I was really impressed by this hotel! I was beginning to wonder if the manager, Danny, ever left the place- he always seemed to be there and was always super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet at this place is awesome too- not just donuts and yogurt, but a really nice selection. Very kid friendly too :) My only complaint and this is minor- is that our bathroom smelled faintly of cigarette smoke when we arrived (and it's a nonsmoking hotel).

Had to travel to Port Charlotte for family business and our stay was very pleasant. Accommodations very nice for the price. Breakfast was better than expected, except when Monday came things were a bit different; offerings weren't as good and slightly rude staff packed things up early. Other than that, very satisfied!
