So describing my stay there, doesn’t look like any of the pictures, the room was semi clean, things dirty bathroom walls near the door looks like it was never wiped in the creases. The shower faucet was about to fall off, the vanity lights were rusting. This place definitely needs to be updated. Their smoking area is near the pool which in my opinion should be somewhere else. While you’re swimming that’s all you smell if someone is smoking. A family was there the time I was & had a baby the were having fun until a smoker came out & they packed up & left. They definitely need to think about areas were they can relocate that area. Otherwise the staff is excellent very nice! If they would update a few things & better deep clean I would be back!

I left clothes hanging in the closet. Day MOD called me right away, in enough to turn around and go back to get them. Props to houskeeping staff. Clothes were neatly folded and placed in a bag. Will go back as we have family in that area!

The service during check in and through out the day was not welcoming. The lady who checked us in should not be in hospitality. They allow smoking by the pool, which is absolutely ridiculous. Could not swim with the kids. The pool was not clean either.

We had a great stay! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Any time we are in the area we chose this hotel for our family.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Good location between the airport and the family we were visiting.

The entire hotel smelt like dog, waited about 5 min at the counter because everyone was in the back talking, we get to the room an tv didn’t work the back was missing to the remote, went to set my children up on the sofa and only one sheet like blanket on the regular bed after specifying there will be 4 guests in total there were no sheets or anything in the stained sofa mattress definately not appealing we were given 2 towels for 4 guests which I understand we could have asked for more but the price or rooms per night I feel like this should have been taken care of before arrival when I made reservations listing the amount of people that would be sleeping in the room
