Stayed 3 nights with 2 kids & a dog. Everything & everyone was perfect until the last night of our stay. Around 9pm the a/c quit working. I gave it some time, tried turning it off & back on - nothing! I called front desk & they had no more rooms available. She even called hotel across the street & they only had 1 bed rooms. So we spent from 9pm til 10am with absolutely no a/c. We propped our door open most of the night just to get some air. (Worried Fido might run away). The whole reason we were staying at hotel is because our house is being remodeled & currently has no a/c.

I rarely leave reviews, but I was so impressed with this Hampton. The staff was nice and accommodating, the room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It was a quick trip for my family, so having real eggs and sausage waiting for us in the breakfast area saved lots of time. The room was clean enough for me to allow my one year old to walk on the floor. The last hotel I stayed at was cringy so I literally held her the whole time for fear that she would eat something off the floor. I will def stay here again.

Desk personnel very helpful in returning my purse found by family at the pool and also are taking my room number for lost keys. Calling with the good news another hotel guest had picked them up in error from the hotel desk and returned them with sincere apology.

Stay here often while visiting family in the area. Staff is always nice and helpful. Hotel is usually clean. There was even a sanitized sticker on the door. However, the bathroom was covered in hair. It was even strung across the shower curtain. The biggest problem was when we opened the microwave a roach crawled out.
