The property itself or the staff wasnt the issue. But we had 2 rooms reserved. Arrived atound 3:15, our first room we didn't get checked in until about 4pm. The second room wasn't ready until 5:26, we got up there and it smelled like straight up wet dog. Went downstairs and had to change rooms, we were suppose to have 2 queen suites, so the second room we just got a king suite, which we made work but was difficult, because we really needed the second bed. They could have atleast offered a discount or something. I usually dont complain but it was ridiculous waiting that long with young children. Disappointed.

When I arrived with my kids I had to wait because they told me that my room that I reserved wasn’t cleaned yet. Then they told me the room I reserved was a handicap room which I did that by mistake but I had to wait about 30 to 40 minutes until I had gotten my room. Then when my family received our room it was toothpaste I found on the side of the sink. Also our bathroom door didn’t close all the way so we didn’t have any privacy. I didn’t tell the staff about the problems I might have wanted longer for an another room so we basically took what we had to take. The staff was very nice overall the problems that I had.

The staff was amazing and let me and my family members meet in the lobby for a couple hours after my daughter's graduation. Rooms were very nice and spacious

Was a one day stayed, to continue our trip road. Unfortunately, the next door accommodation having children and wake me up until 1:00 am that they wemt to bed. Should be a floor for family with children. Let the top floor for people with no childrens. My suggestions.

The hotel is wonderful overall the beds were comfortable and especially Mrs. Shalita her hospitality and the food she prepared was amazing she is very funny lady with an amazing personality the other front desk clerks were amazing also and my daughter loved being able to swim the only problem that my family had was the lady named Karen that was the night grounds keeper was very disrespectful other than that I would stay at the hotel again if we visited Pensacola.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The pool area was clean, the hotel is literally right next to the highway, there are several options for restaurants in the area, good selection for breakfast and the woman who puts the food out is HILARIOUS, full of life and absolutely lovessss the kids!!!! She was the highlight of my trip
