This was very close to where my family lives. There were 2 elevators but only one was in service I was on the 5th floor. The housekeeper was not good. She was stingy with towels even when asked. She did not even make the beds.

What can’t i say about this property? We had to evacuate here due to the incoming hurricane with 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs and the front staff, Jasmine, was welcoming and understanding. The hotel was pet friendly, clean, with a great breakfast that the staff did an excellent job of keeping stocked! Nothing ever got low. The room was quiet, cold and beds were comfortable. I am so glad I found this location to be able to recommend to others. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making us feel safe!

Room was large and clean, nice breakfast and hotel seems pretty new. The car GPS couldn’t find it but Google maps did. Different room layout than I’d ever seen bathroom in middle of room along the wall with sliding door. We have three teens so need a sleeper sofa and kids were all impressed with the room size. Only negative it’s Florida so it’s humid and room ac worked but had an overall damp locker room funk to it. Like a hockey team had stayed there for a week or longer.

The hotel had rented its banquet hall for a party on Saturday night. After listening to BOOMING music vibrating the walls after 10pm, I went to the desk to inquire when it would settle down. To my surprise, the desk stated 11PM!! What an awful experience. I wish we had been told about this when booking so we could have stayed somewhere else. Very rude and inconsiderate. We were due out the next morning and traveling with young children. No one could sleep with the sonic booms coming from the celebration and the doors banging closed from everyone in and out of their rooms. Dogs were howling because of the noise. Yet. Zero concern from staff. I asked for the manager and was told he wasn’t in until Monday. I asked to have him call me and no call from anyone to apologize or offer to make it right.
