Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike

All of the staff was welcoming and friendly. My kids loved the pool. The breakfast had a good selection. The hotel was clean.

Ok. So my family and I stayed 4 nights and paid over $300 a night for a hotel that supposedly went through a complete renovation???? Unfortunately, they forgot to renovate the elevators. There were a total of 2 elevators for the hotel. One elevator never worked at all during our stay, and the other was broken on and off all 4 days. My daughter got stuck in it by herself after midnight on Saturday night after the repair man promised me it was fixed just 2 hours earlier and almost every time we tried to use it during our stay, it wasn’t working. Inconvenient when you are staying on the third floor. In the breakfast area, there was NOT 1 banana for all 4 days. I was promised by 2 separate staff members on 2 separate days that they would get bananas but that never happened…. My daughter’s bagel had mold on it, they ran out of grits one day, ran out of pumpkin spice waffle mix the last 2 days. In addition, this hotel DOES NOT accept $ printed by our US Treasury. For those that don’t like to use their credit cards and incur debt, this policy is a major financial inconvenience. Parking outside had multiple parking spaces blocked off forcing you to park toward the back of the hotel. I have stayed at hotels all over the country for the last 30 years and this location was definitely not worth the $ ,and I think I deserve at least a partial refund which I have never requested before from a hotel. I would definitely not stay here again and spend my hard earned $.

We stayed here while visiting a family member in West Palm Beach. It was very convenient, clean, and had every thing we needed. It was great to have the free breakfast each morning before we went on with our day. Also easy walk to a restaurant and sports bar right in the parking lot. Will stay here again!

Two night family trip. Nice place but could have used daily housekeeping. For the price I shouldn’t need to call for a towel to shower

I when down to Miami, and I stayed in the Hampton with my family for a night; Hotel was immaculate, and the self-parking area was accessible,

The staff was very professional and the service was great. The room was very clean and spacious with adequate lightning. I woukd definitely recommend to friends and family.

I traveled with a 6 month old baby. The hotel has Pack-n-Play's available, but they were unwilling to let me reserve one for our stay. They stated it is available on the day of arrival on a first come, first serve basis. Because I could not be guaranteed that there would be one available, we had to arrange to rent one from a company called Baby Borrow.

I found the Hotel to be very clean and comfortable.. The room was quite large, I had breakfast in the morning which was very good. Used the pool, so will be good for a family stay. They also had snacks with Beer and Wine during the week, which was very nice.. The staff was very nice and helpful..
