Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lantana, an IHG Hotel

The staff was incredibly helpful. We were a large group traveling together and they went above and beyond every day to help make our stay comfortable and secure. Any time day or night, they were able to make helpful suggestions or open areas currently closed off such as the pool. David was diamond level service! He personally came to my rescue with the group. I would stay here and recommend large groups and families.

I can get past the outdated hotel rooms but not overlook the cleanliness of a room. The bathroom shower had hair and dirty scum. I ended up asking the front desk to give me disinfectant and clean the bathroom myself. A sofa in the room had stains all over that we didn’t even dare to sit on. We were there for 3 days only and only needed a place to sleep and do some light work during the day as we were there to visit family. We ended up changing a few towels because there were cleaned but also stained. The beds did have clean sheets. The staff was friendly and attentive.

We have been staying at this hotel for a couple of years now and will continue to stay every time we visit family. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Everything was great but the lady that serves breakfast was really rude and she kept yelling at kids to get out .

Really nice hotel right off of 95. Good location and overall very clean. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable and the pillows even more so. Large bathroom, and nice flat screen tv.. would definitely come back... *Only downside was on our first morning their was no milk for cereal, which upset the children and myself. ** The next morning their was a gallon of milk in the fridge where the yogurt used to be...

We were supposed to stay two nights, but we’re kicked out by an employee who called and lied to police telling them I attacked her (I did not and the footage that my attorney is asking for will prove it).our room was not tended to by housekeeping and when I asked if it could be I was told “no, you can complain to manager tomorrow “. I then asked how that would be sufficient and the African American girl working named Love (this is what she told me when I asked) told me that “if I didn’t like it I can leave”. My response was “we already paid for the room so even without clean sheets and dry towels clearly we will stay here”. Employee responded with “no you are leaving”. I said “no we paid for the room!” She then called police and told them I “attacked her”. Police arrived and she made up many lies and the police made my 9 year old daughter, 38 year old sister with Down’s syndrome and my wife plus me all vacate the premises after the employee continued to lie through her teeth. Imagine at 10pm at night when all you want is to sleep you are now driving around south Florida looking for a hotel that does r allow pets due to a family member’s deadly cat allergy, and not finding one for at least an hour, forking over another $220 after having paid for a room already that this is how you are treated. Our attorney is working on the suit as I type. What a mess. This is embarrassing for this company and if an employee treated someone of color this way it would be plastered on news

I was 3 days with my family in the Hotel , very clean and the staff very friendly, the breakfast very good , everything was perfect, I will come back in the summer, I recommend this Hotel !!!

Checkin was a nightmare…..it took over an hour! Debra the front desk clerk did her best to accommodate us as we were there visiting family for 3 days. The rest of the stay went smoothly!!! Thank goodness. Rooms were comfy and breakfast was delicious.

So sorry to have chosen this place. The couch in our was filthy and stained. I did not allow my grandchildren to even touch it. Toilet paper holder broken , ac leaked all over carpet. While Friday breakfast was well rec'd by my husband, Saturday was not impressive. Egg omelets were overcooked, everyone in the room had to keep asking for basics that should've been ready, such as coffee, plates, forks etc. The woman working was not doing a good job and it wasn't that busy. Sad experience. The only decent spot was the pool even though the lounge chairs looked to be about to let.go do to poor condition of the seat material. At.least the water seemed clean.
